Hot dang this baby comes with a kick! Spicy n'duja sausage roasted with tomatoes and garlic. We then whack in a dollop of mascarpone to make a deliciously hot, creamy mess.

Crab meat with pea, mint and ricotta, served with samphire in a chilli-garlic butter. So good we only offer a main portion of this because we know if you go small you'll regret it.

Squash and browned butter (v)........£5/8
Squash goes so well in stuffed pasta that we now have two squash-based dishes. Squash with ricotta and browned butter, served with edamame beans and balsamic glaze. If you don't know what browned butter is, it's basically caramel. Mmmm.
